Chicken Vegetable Soup - FP

 

Chicken Vegetable Soup - FP

3 cups of Chicken Broth
1/2 of a small Onion
1/4 cup of Chopped or Shredded Carrots
2-4 Celery Stalks, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1/4  head of Cabbage, finely shredded
3/4 cup of Diced Tomatoes (I used 1/2 can)
6 oz of cooked Chicken, diced
1/2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder (or use fresh)
1/2 Tbsp of Parsley
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
1/2 tsp of Pepper
1/4 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes, opt
1 tsp of Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp of Liquid Aminos

Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Cook on medium heat until 
vegetables are soft. This time will vary depending on the vegetables you
use. Figure on a couple hours.

If there are any vegetables/spices that you don't like/don't have on hand, feel free to omit them.
That's one of the great things about this soup!

You can make it an E meal by adding a slice or two of plan approved bread.
