Orange Creamsicle Smoothie - S




8 or 9 ice cubes
12 liquid oz. unsweetened almond milk
1 egg yolk
3 Tbs. heavy cream
2 - 3 Tbs. xylitol (if using stevia, use much less)
1 capful orange extract
dash sea salt
dash vanilla


Put ice cubes in bottom of blender cup. Add almond milk, sweetener, egg yolk, and heavy cream. Blend well. Add orange extract, sea salt, and vanilla, then blend again. Taste to adjust, and enjoy!


Makes 16 oz. smoothie.
